Harry Potter – The Wizard’s Collection 1 – The Grand Opening

I only decided to buy the Harry Potter Wizard’s Collection a few days ago after watching a video of some of the films’ stars opening one. It arrived yesterday (10th Sept) and I decided to make my own opening video (which is on You Tube and copied below in two parts). Beware it is just under 20 minutes in total. There is that much to find and see.

Please note, if you buy one, that you can actually drop the front of the external box which would have made it a lot easier to remove safely.

I have to say that this is absolutely gorgeous and lovingly crafted with so much detail.

It weighs in at a whopping 1 stone 4.8 lbs and measures 27 x 29 x 32.5 cms. Now I’ve got to find a good place to store it safely.

I’m going to write again detailing the extra content and probably review each movie and extra features too – very excited to hear there are extended versions of the first two films. Now I’ve got to decide whether to buy a Blu-ray player or if I just watch them on my Sony laptop?

Here are the 4 pictures I posted on tumblr as my photo for yesterday – I’ll probably add more on there only so if you’d like to see more of the detail do follow my tumblr blog because I won’t post everything here.
